Gear That Lasts – Backed by Us
Gear failure can be frustrating at best and dangerous at worst. That’s why we build our gear to last—no compromises. Our warranty policy reflects our confidence in the quality of our products, and if something does go wrong, we’ll make it right.
But not every issue comes from production flaws. We design our gear for real adventures—the kind that push limits. So if your gear takes a hit out there on the edge, don’t stress. Thanks to our nimble, local production, we can repair and restore your gear, getting it back to as good as new (or as close as possible).
Our Warranty Policy
Durability isn’t just about performance—it’s also a key part of our sustainability approach. That’s why we back our gear with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects.
Of course, defining a product’s reasonable lifetime isn’t always straightforward. We take into account:
✔️ Product type, material, and intended use
✔️ How it was used and the nature of the issue
✔️ Age of the product
✔️ Expected lifespan of components like zippers
Each claim is carefully assessed by our team, and if the product has failed within its reasonable lifetime, we’ll repair or replace it—with repairs being our first choice to keep things more sustainable.
For our trail jackets, we expect a minimum 3-year lifespan, though heavy use (or practically living in it—no judgment) might shorten that a bit. Wear it well, adventure hard, and we’ll have your back when you need it.
What’s Not Covered
We stand by our gear, but keeping it adventure-ready is a two-way street. We’ll fix defects and repair what we can, but you’ve got to do your part too. Some things aren’t covered under our warranty:
🚫 Dirty or unwashed gear – Clean it up before sending it in, or we won’t be able to accept it.
🚫 Pilling, abrasion, pinholes, or cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect performance.
🚫 Rips, punctures, and burns from campfires, thorns, or just living your best adventure life.
🚫 Damage from improper washing – follow the care instructions, or risk some unfortunate shrinkage.
🚫 Animal-related destruction – your jacket is not dog food (no matter what your pup thinks).
🚫 Accidental damage, including slicing it open when unpacking your latest gear haul.
🚫 Lost, stolen, or travel mishaps
But don’t despair, even if you mistakenly fed your jacket to your doggo we are still happy to do what we can to repair it.
Our Repair Approach
We believe in using and repairing gear for as long as possible. While we can only guarantee a product for its reasonable lifetime, we’d love for it to last your whole lifetime—because every patch and stitch is a badge of adventure.
Thanks to our local production, we have the exact materials used in your gear on hand, meaning repairs blend right in. And there’s no endless chain of middlemen—when you reach out, the person who made your gear is directly in touch with the person fixing it. Simple, personal, and built to last.
So, take care of your gear out there, but if something happens, snap a few pics and send us a message on WhatsApp. We’ll assess the damage, send a quote, and once approved—work our magic to get you back on the trail.
